ANTONOVICH REAPPOINTS REIKO K. DUBA TO THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY COMMISSION FOR WOMEN
LOS ANGELES COUNTY — Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich has reappointed Reiko K. Duba to the Los Angeles County Commission for Women.
Ms. Duba is a member of the United States Track & Field Association and the United States Masters Association. She received her Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Northridge and graduated summa cum laude from California State University Northridge with a Master of Science.
The Los Angeles County Commission for Women seeks to represent the interest and concerns of women of all races, ethnic and social backgrounds, religious convictions, sexual orientation and social circumstances. The Commission advises the Board of Supervisors, County departments and agencies on needs of women and matters relating to discrimination and prejudice on account of sex. Additionally, the Commission recommends programs or legislation to promote and ensure equal rights and opportunities, and researches and investigates conditions which allegedly discriminate against women.
