The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors welcomed President Jim Henwood, Chairman Mike Ortiz, Vice President and Director of the Learning Center Elin Dowd, Vice President of Branding Michelle Demott, and Board Members Bill Fox and Tom Hsieh of the Los Angeles County Fair Association to kick off the 93rd annual Los Angeles County Fair.
The Los Angeles County Fair is the largest county fair in the United States with an annual attendance of over 1.5 million guests and 150,000 school children. For 93 years, the Los Angeles County fair has highlighted the rich tradition of the county’s education, arts, horticulture, agriculture, livestock and concerts to create an extraordinary experience for visitors.
